**PLEASE BE ADVISED, ANY SINGLE ITEM WEIGHING OVER 150 LBS, OR NOTED AS MUST SHIP BY FREIGHT MUST INCLUDE A PHONE # WITH THE ORDER! This is simply because the freight companies will contact you to set up a delivery time, ask for directions, etc. Even if you are having these items shipped to a commercial address, a phone number is still required along with a contact name. If no number is provided, that part of the order will NOT be processed!

The weight of certain items meeting the "over 150 lb limit" is mentioned in the description of those items. There is also a shipping surcharge which is already included in the price of these "FREIGHT" items. There are also a few items that do not weigh 150lbs, but are too large to ship by UPS, Fedex, or any small package carrier. These items are clearly noted in the product description.


We are aware of a shipping charge upon checkout for freight items. The surcharge in the description is an additional charge due to the higher cost of freight shipments. We don't make those rules, they are the truck companies policies and fees and we negotiate and ship with the least expensive carrier we can find.


REFUNDS- Refunds will be given ONLY if products are lost in shipping. Refunds WILL NOT BE GIVEN for items ordered and then cancelled due to failure to comply with policies. By that we mean shipping times and costs. Shipping times are stated numerous times throughout our site, so please allow the time stated in order to receive some items.


Items ship direct from the manufacturer so please allow up to 28 days to arrive. Certain Officially Licensed items may take up to 30 days to arrive because most are made to order. Orders may come in multiple boxes. We have warehouses throughout the country, so items may come from various locations. And also being we have multiple locations, shipping costs and times are greatly reduced!
